Update registry files on other PCs from your own workstation

I recently needed to make changes to the registry entries on some of my company's Windows 2000 and Windows XP workstations. I found out that I could quickly import a registry file to each computer from my own desktop.

I used the Windows XP Registry Editor from my workstation and remotely connected to every computer that I want to make the change to. After I had a list of the computers in Regedit, I went to File to import in the registry changes. I selected every computer in my list and Regedit updated the registry on each computer.
